In-Shop Service

We service MOST types of clocks, watches, and music boxes (and other sundry mechanical devices) in our own horological machine shop. Simply give us a call during business hours to explain your problem and we'll let you know if we can help you. 

House Calls & Office Calls

WE MAKE HOUSECALLS for floor clocks (grandfather, grandmother), some exceptions made for particularly large clocks or handicapped customers. CALL to make an appointment. 

Our service area includes: the entire metro-Orlando area, additional charges for outlying areas like Debary/Deltona, Wedgefield, Celebration, Poinciana, Zellwood Station, Clermont, Ocala, The Villages, Mt. Dora and other outlying communities (Sebring, Lakeland, Daytona, Melbourne, & Cocoa).  

Swiss House offers FREE INSTORE ESTIMATES on repair costs. Arrange for a house call by calling during our business hours for Floor clocks (Grandfather/mother). House call fees will apply, based on type of clock (tubular or chime) and distance. House calls can be made almost anywhere.
